Los valores de peso vivo y peso canal fueron significativamente mayores a la region oriental, la tipificacion del canal segun la normativa Paraguaya dio predominio de canales de tipo general 72.3% superior en region occidental, en region oreintal dio mas diversidad de categorias de tipicacion siendo en general de 81.3 % de tipo superior 7% de tipo standar y 2.1% de tipo premium demostrandose que existe una asociacion altamente significativa entre la region de procedencia y la tipificacion de los canales.
