Método: se trata de una investigación descriptiva , retrospectivo de corte transversal, fueron analizadas fichas de mujeres embarazadas en el periodo de enero a septiembre de 2023. Resultados: No se encontraron diferencias significativas en cuanto a los datos sociodemográficos, el 75% de las fichas analizadas dieron resultado positivo de la infección de mycoplas,as donde el 91, 66 % corresponde a ureaplasma . Conclusiones. fue posible determinar la positividad por infecciones de mycoplasmas con mayor aislamiento de ureaplasma spp , siendo ureaplasma urealyticum el mas aislado en la población, independiente de variables sociodemográficos . La muestra corresponde a un censo analítico de 24 actores clave (12 directivos y 12 docentes) distribuidos en dos facultades. Para los docentes se aplicó un cuestionario tipo Likert que operacionaliza la investigación educativa en tres dimensiones (formación, producción y cultura investigativa) y el desarrollo profesional en desempeño y reflexión; para directivos, se indagó política, apoyo/seguimiento e impacto institucional. El plan analítico comprende estadísticos descriptivos, confiabilidad (alfa de Cronbach), correlaciones entre investigación educativa y desarrollo profesional, y comparaciones por facultad; la evidencia cualitativa se procesa mediante análisis temático para triangulación. Se espera generar insumos para la toma de decisiones institucionales en políticas, asignación de recursos, tiempos protegidos, mentoría e incentivos y orientar estrategias de transferencia de resultados a la docencia, fortaleciendo una cultura investigativa sostenible y la mejora de la calidad académica.
